OUR HERD TODAY
There are always things happening on the farm. On September 28, 2012, Isabella and Elah each gave birth to a baby girl - an hour apart! With the capable support of Doug and Pam both births went smoothly. Mamas and crias are thriving - the babies are gaining and growing every day. Isabella's girl has been named Mirabai (Indian for darling Mira) and Elah's baby has been named Melita (Greek for honey darling). It is wonderful to see them tearing across the fields, playing in the sun and enjoying life!
Grey Cloud is our young herdsire, whose first cria, Mirabai, promises to be only the first of many lovely alpacas he will surely sire.
Titus is our multi-award-winning herdsire. He has sired several blue ribbon alpacas. His many offspring have a history of luxurious, beautiful fiber.

Manzana is the original alpaca for Bedford Falls. She has not only won many of her own awards, but she has also given the farm many beautiful and award-winning alpacas.
Here's Melita at 2 hours old with her mom, Elah. Her father is Sir Titus. She is a lively and inquisitive young alpaca.
Mirabai's a beautiful cria with true black fiber. She is the daughter of Isabella and Grey Cloud.
